Hair Pulling Empty Hair Pulling

Post  Thin in FL Mon May 28, 2012 3:49 pm

I currently have long hair, granted the diffused thinning has gotten me to the point where I may need to shave it soon... Another approach I have somewhat added to my treatment is hair pulling. I find that after a very brief amount of time of tugging on the hair in different sections of my scalp, that it causes a stimulated feeling along with just less scalp tension.
To me it seems very akin to the Ferox method and just stimulation in general. PERHAPS the tugging could cause the follicle to signal that it needs strengthened in conjuction with drawing capillary attention... idk.

So, anyone have any advice for, or against, this?

It works for Christopher Walken. I think he said John Kennedy had this done for him when he was getting massages and that inspired him.

I used to do it, thanks for the reminder, I ought to start again. I did see a good difference.
