Hey all!

"Use at your own risk"

I just wanted to share an interesting massage (can you really call it that?) technique that I do.

In theory it's simple, but you must be careful with it for obvious reasons. All you have to do is grasp a bunch of hair close to the scalp with one hand, and GENTLY but firmly pull up (away from the scalp). You want to grasp a bunch of hairs. If you do it wrong, you will know, because you will feel a sharp pain, like if you accidentally tug on a strand of hair or pull one out while drying after a shower or something. If you do it the right way, you should feel a very relaxing release of pressure or decompression when you pull up.

I do this with the hair at the front middle of my forehead, and when I pull it up as I describe, I can feel a really nice release of pressure (or decompression, whatever) on my vertex and temples, where my thinning is the worst, so that's quite interesting!

Awesome. Hair pulling sure worked for Chris Walken and John Kennedy. Keep doing it, and visualizing your hair regrowth.

And thanks for the reminder, my hair looks better when I do this, also. cheers

Do you get any kind of sensations like I described? It pretty much follows the thinning pattern exactly and feels very relaxing, like a release of pressure from a tea kettle
