Question for Those Who've Halted Hairloss
Besides cost, why would you not get a transplant? It seems the logical thing to do if you're maintaining with no regrowth

Some people don't want surgery. Some do. Some have money, some don't.

If you've halted your loss and you want more hair where it matters then get a transplant.

I haven't halted my hairloss yet, but I'll add my opinion. Transplants are very invasive. After having experienced a few surgeries, and the effects they have had on my body, I won't let someone cut me open unless I absolutely must. There has to be a better way, and I won't give up trying.

FUEs (follicular unit extractions) don't involve you being cut open, they just pluck the hair follicle and place them somewhere else.

Still looks like surgery to me:
I don't think this is FUE, but I had to share because this doctor is putting nails in this dudes head. Has anyone seen Hellraiser? WARNING do not view if you are squeemish:
I understand that some people might not have much of a choice other than a transplant. If transplants work for you, more power to you.
