O.T. Isopropyl alcohol

Yesterday i was working with a jerrycan of 99% pure isopropyl alcohol and i accidently spilled some over both my hands. I did'nt have acces directly to water so it took a few minutes to find a bathroom. When i got to the bathroom my hands were very dry and i felt a little dizzy but nothing serious. I washed my hands briefly and went back to what i was doing. When i got home i looked up some info online and i should have washed my hands for 15 minutes instead of a few seconds. Should i be worried about systemic absorbtion? And is there anything i can do to detoxify or something?
