I am finding that when not taking supplements and drinking I feel ok the next day and yet when I have been sticking to a regime I've been finding myself feeling wretched the next day I have controlled this and done one week off and one week, and at he end of each week drank the same amount and had very different following days.
Surely I should cope better with the likes of ECE, and resvesterol and Curcumin etc.
Any thoughts
