Nizoral Drying Hair a Lot. Alternatives?
Recently I have started using Nizoral 2% around 4 times a week which is little frequently than what i used to. I did so because it seemed like helping me with the build up and the flare.
But after doing so for a couple of weeks, my hair has become very dry, brittle and lifeless. Has anyone felt the same? and any other alternatives to wash the hair?

Re: Nizoral Drying Hair a Lot. Alternatives?
Might be a bit too much to use it 4 times a week? Make sure to at least let there be one day between each application. I believe the recommend to use it twice a week?
With that said, I've just recently started using Nizoral 2% again too. I found a tips about using emu oil together with the Nizoral, and that works great! I usually put a good amount of Nizoral into my palm, and then drop 6 drops of pure emu oil and mix it together. Makes my hair soft and nice.
Also make sure to not keep the Nizoral on your scalp for too long, if it starts to itch slightly, wash it off. If not it can cause a "keto burn".
