What Workout program to choose? Empty What Workout program to choose?

can you guys help me find some workout program that is based on high intensity interval training/circuit training ? that is structured similarly to p90x, in the sense that you just need to follow what you see in the videos...90x is very good but in my opinion you can easily overtrain by following it...really good workouts should kick your ass in 15-20 minutes if they are intelligently structured, whole body, very efficient that will challenge you greatly but not overtrain you...hope there are some products out there...i couldn't find anything like that...

Insanity. Kind of flips the normal HIIT on its head. You're going hard for 3 minutes with 30 sec.
rest between movements. I'm not positive how long each workout lasts from beginning to
end on the dvd, but you could easily do 20 minutes and stop there if the video happened to continue. I think 15-20 minutes of this type of work, especially prior to your big meal/s of the day would be incredible for getting lean.

Yea forgot about Insanity. Crazy workout. I remember my first time doing it, went hard at it for 20 minutes then the guy was like "now that the warm up is over, lets begin" lol. I was dying.

@Angstman:

Haha. You said it. Insanity is an apt name for that workout.
Did the same thing as you, tried to keep going and got a little farther....puked.
Needless to say I wasn't ready for it at that point. If you're in bad shape
to start, trying to do the whole thing will probably near kill you.

Mercola's Peak 8 https://www.youtube.com/user/mercola?blend=1&ob=4#p/u/5/zy7j9FRiJpg isn't for the whole body, it won't put muscles on you...maybe some on your feet+increase level of growth hormone in the body...i need a program that combines lifting weights with HIIT

tudor, from what I can tell, Mercola also advocate weight lifting but with another tempo and rhythm then most muscle gurus would advice. I've tried this for a few sessions and I must say, it feels better then before. Just as HIIT feels much better then regular running.
