Which hair supplement would you choose from these?
Hello there.
I've been using Country Life Maxi-hair for the last months, with no visible results.
Right now I'm using for diffuse unpatterned alopecia, and my girlfriend is using it for her nails and because, even though she has extremely thick and strong hair, it doesn't grow below her neck.
The reason I'm looking for a multi-element supplement if for convenience and cost.
I've been looking at the vitacost site, and saw the following:
http://www.vitacost.com/Natures-Way-Hair-Skin-with-MSM-and-Glucosamine
http://www.vitacost.com/Natrol-Skin-Hair-Nails
http://www.vitacost.com/Futurebiotics-Hair-Skin-Nails

http://www.vitacost.com/Natures-Plus-Ultra-Hair-Sustained-Release

http://www.vitacost.com/Natures-Plus-Womens-Ultra-Hair-Plus
http://www.vitacost.com/Natures-Plus-Mens-Ultra-Hair-Plus
Curiously the NSI products have the same name but they are quite different.
As to the specific men and women versions, do you think it makes sense and that specific versions yeld better results?
Which one would you choose and why?
Thanks!

Re: Which hair supplement would you choose from these?
I use the DEVA hair nails skin , it contains biotin, beta sitesterol (anti DHT) , fenugreek , rosemary , sage and some other ingredients that are helpful for hair. It is not going to address the severe DHT issues that most MPB sufferers have but is a good addition to the regimen. It is also inexpensive , I can buy it at 9.95 or less for a 90 day supply.
