I got this small bag of a fine green powder with a very aromatic smell, supposedly Turnera Diffusa (Damiana).

I am wondering what the best way is to take this stuff, make a tea, put it in a capsule or mix it?

I also totally forgot why I ordered this stuff ..

you can do whatever you want with that - i personally make tea, swallow capsules and smoke it
