Some kind of rash? (picture inside!)

I don't get it, this rash arrived on my forehead a couple of months. In the beginning it didn't itch, but since a few weeks it itches. I try not to touch it at all.
I have pretty much no acne or so anywhere. Perhaps this rash comes from an "emotional situation" a few months ago, or maybe not. Perhaps it's diet related. Or...ah, I don't know. I'm currently not detoxifying that much (occasional ascorbic acid, often selenium, zinc and so on), so I cannot say 100% that it is detox related.
What's YOUR opinion?
