Transdermal Pregnenolone dosage?

Hi everyone,

Due to having adrenal fatigue, which I believe is also causing my allergies, I am going to try Transdermal pregnenolone to raise my low cortisol levels.

I have read a few times on this forum, that transdermal pregnenolone could be used instead of the adrenal building method with B5, licorice and adrenal glandulars, taken two times a day, 8 am and 14 pm.

My question then is, what dosage of pregnenolone should I use and how many times a day?

You use one pump per application and rub it into one area of the body, switching each day between the inside of arms, chest, stomach, and thighs.

I tried the pregnenolone for a few days, one day 15 mg the other 5 mg. Initially I had a very good reaction to it during the first part of the day, but during the afternoon I became irritated and "wired up". This led me to believe that adrenal fatigue wasen't my problem, but leading more to a thyroid problem. So now i'm trying iodine again, this time with the co-factors and perhaps also something that can support the adrenals a little during.

I also tried the pantothenic acid, licorice and thyroid glandular procedure, and it made me feel the same way. So maybe I have a little low cortisol in the morning, but not during the rest of the day.
