Mastery mentioned it before but I have never seen one nor could i find one on google.

I was wondering if perhaps people could share what foods cause an itch/loss and where, so perhaps we could narrow down what foods cause diffuse and normal MPB. For example I think:

Frontal/ Temples - GUT/INSULIN SENSITIVITY
Bad foods - starch/ sugar (even fruit for me)
Good - fat/ veggies/fermented foods/greens(spirulina etc)

Middle - LIVER/GALLBLADDER (diffuse?)
Bad foods - high fat/ sugar
Good - veggies/ bitter foods/lemons/ greens

Very back - KIDNEYS
Bad foods - oxolates/iron/calcium - (spirulina for me/red wine/greens
Good - fat/chanca piedra/ lemons

I know its contradictory but i think those with problems of certain organs may get problems from certain foods.
I have left out pathogens for now as its difficult to know which came first, the pathogens or the organ problems, as a < r alluded to in a previous post.

Any thoughts?

Frontal/temple hair loss is mostly caused by stress and adrenal imbalances.
