Going to china for 2 weeks need some tips

Pretty much what the title says ill be going to shanghai and hongkong for 2 weeks to play, Cause last time i went i got really bad food poisoning my white blood cells were through the roof then i remember when i took a shower that night i dried my hair and i counted like 50-60 hairs.
