I know this isn't a 'natural' treatment but what do you guys know about the efficacy of this treatment?

Is it worth trying?

I feel like IH's regimen treats everything BUT DHT in the scalp. I don't want to inhibit DHT systemically - only in the scalp.

Seems like topical Spiro might be a good option.

There is one drawback to this approach, the smell. So if you use it, try it before bedtime.

I hear Dr lees 5% spiro cream does not smell, and is effective for maintaining hair, don't expect any regrowth though.
