Is it as simple as blending it with some vodka?

I used to make it with alcohol mixed with a bunch of other herbal extracts. I've read it oxidizes very quickly though, may want to store in fridge or mix with some other antioxidants.

Or mix batches daily... May want to use Ethanol-D2 or Grain Alcohol... 
Maybe mix with Emu Oil too! You need to penetrate the strata corneum
