Hello. I have been reading through here for quite a while now and figured it was about time for me to join up. I havent seen too much regarding Tyrosine so I figured I would ask this: Do you guys think it is OK to take on a regular basis for adrenal/thyroid support? When I do take it it really seems to help me to focus and my mood is way better. I usually only take one 500mg cap in the AM. Rhodiola also works well for me, however, it works best when only used every now and then IME. Plus, Tyrosine, as an amino acid seems like it would be a better choice in the long run. Any thoughts or experiences?

soccerguy - Tyrosine helps with thyroid hormone and is a good choice.
