Differences in scalp pains-gout, fungus, nerve damage? Empty Differences in scalp pains-gout, fungus, nerve damage?

Anyone know the difference between scalp pains? For instance stinging, burning, electric shocks, general soreness and isolated soreness?

I get them all and some come and go with better scalp condition, but the one i struggle with the most is the scalp soreness. It seems to be on parts of my scalp that have calcified somewhat. The crown on the left and right side when I touch them are very sensitive and when i massage my left temple sometimes i get a shooting pain in my crown side (nerve damage)... Could this be gout? I wonder what the difference between all of these pains are in terms of what's being eaten and what issues are underlying at the time.
