Brewers Yeast advice Empty Brewers Yeast advice

I decided to add Brewers yeast for my B-Complex. I picked up some Lewis Labs' stuff. For those taking the powder, any advice on how much is suffice per day? The serving size says it's 3 tbsps (1 oz.) but I get the feeling, I need more than that. What's good for addressing hair/scalp health and are there any tips with the god awful taste!? Very Happy

Hi...

I use random product from this firm:
Code:
http://pangamin.cz/en/brewers-yeasts.php
It is a prodcut from neighour country, and they are in business for more then 50 years. I ate 8 pills a day, do not know it is enough.
I accidentaly found out, that they also have product including Iodine, lucky me. Smile I will buy this as soon as I can...

To your question, here is the thread where quantity of brewer yeast is discussed.

Might be a bit off here but I think 10-20 of the 10 grain brewers yeast is a pretty normal amount to take.

10-20 tabs is anywhere from roughly 6-13g of brewers yeast.

From looking at some powders on iherb 2-3 tbsp seems fine.
