Where should I buy Selenium?

Is it ok to take it without Iodine, and where should I buy Iodine

For selenium i buy this one from iherb
http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Selenium-Yeast-Free-200-mcg-180-Vcaps/818?at=0 (if there's a better brand to take then someone let me know)
and as for iodine i get the iodoral tablets from iherb too.
Not sure if that helps at all but that's what i use.

I take both mentioned supplements. I believe the two have different functions, selenomethionine supporting the thyroid and SeMC for proper cell division....

Eating 2 to 4 brazil nuts a day is just as effective at raising and maintaining optimum selenium levels as any selenomethionine supplement. The brazil nuts will serve your body far better in the long run as the selenium is bound in a whole food complex with supporting nutrients. "Activated" brazil nuts are even better.
