What's problem with Grais and Beans ?
When it comes to baldness, I talk a lot to avoid them, what's wrong with them ? Beans (Black, Pinto, Garbanzo), Lentils, Peanuts and others, have large amounts of fiber, protein, vitamins and other, my food is all based on grains and beans, and I have no problem with that, my hair is MUCH better than before

I don't think anyone is saying that grains and beans are bad for hair, most people are saying there are some people who are genetically wired to eat high carb diets, and others who are wired to eat high fat diets. You of course, being south american, are of course going to be one who is wired to be a carb type.

Good, I was watching the history of the South American natives and saw that they consume many kinds of grains (Beans and Peanuts), including the Indians here in Brazil and they had an awesome hair
