Question Regarding IH Line

I bought what I think are the most important of IH line (Pure Ecklonia Cava, Antarctic Krill Oil
, and Antioxidant Boost) my question is...
Can I also take a Super B complex and Biotin?
Also, can I only take one Krill Oil pill and a regular fish oil pill to save money?

Sorry, I thought I replied to you via e-mail about this. The Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid (if you purchase it at some point) should not be taken with Biotin, as they compete. Everything else is good to go though!

This is really a non-issue. I would disregard this entirely.
The basic take home message is that under certain conditions, especially a history of accutane use, where biotin deficiency is a risk-factor, taking biotin is a good idea to take whether it is taken with or without lipoic acid.
Also, the only true concern would be if someone has carboxylase deficiency (the biotin-dependent enzyme). This does not apply to everyone else.
