Re: I never eat dairy, should I take Calcium Supplements?
Dairy depends on sensitivity. The most universal diary protect to avoid in any circumstances is pasteurized milk.
Some take drink raw, grass-fed with no problems, others cannot. Some can eat cheese, or raw, fermented cheeses.
Some can eat no dairy, others can eat it with no problems. When unsure, avoid pasteurized milk and see how you feel on the others.
Calcium supplements are not needed. There is no advantage by taking calcium supplements. The body has a parathyroid gland that regulates this mineral. Unfortunately, it doesn't regulate Magnesium, which 7 out of 10 people are low on.
