I'm not sure if body temperature after eating is necessarily an indicator of someone's overall healthiness.
In another one of his videos, he claims that your body temperature should not be below 98 degrees after working out. I don't believe this is correct because oxidative stress and inflammation are part of your body's natural physiological response to exercise. I started a thread several weeks ago about a study showing how anti-oxidant supplementation can blunt the insulin-sensitizing effects of weight-training.

I'm certain my temp is below 98. So what's his point, how does he propose we rectify this issue?

Eat the proper combination of foods that dont cause a stress reaction in your body.
