How to heal bruises quickly?

Are there any good treatments for the acceleration of healing bruises? I've heard DMSO applied generously immediately after hurting yourself can help reduce the severity of the bruise, anyone tried this?

where do you get this stuff from?

in Europe. it's made by an Italian startup. i don't think they have the money to go for FDA approval yet.

i just watched the first video and from the close captioning one doctor says to the other: "and you had just visited italy and brought back normast"

the video is from Dec 16th 2010, so that means it's probably just approved in italy, but who knows... i used it a couple of years ago when i visited italy, and brought some back to california. next i was rear-ended while waiting at a traffic light by somebody flying at at least 55mph on an expressway and i didn't feel any pain from the whiplash at all...

this stuff is short of magic and is above all natural.
