Question for CS about iodine supplement.

I'm about to start my iodine treatment finally and i have seen this one on iherb, i remember you said that Iodoral is the same as the liquid form but just in tablets.

Is that recommended at all?

If not then what other one would you recommend?

Yes, lugols has the same formula as iodoral....

I should mention that some magnetize their iodine, which can't be done with iodoral because it's solid.....unless you dissolve it first.....

and what would be the best selenium supplement to get as well? Since I'm going to be needing to take that along
