Using Oxygen?

What effect will breathing a little bit of pure (90%) oxygen have on hair/overall body health/detriment? I had purchased some bottles of pure oxygen that you can take full breaths of. I wonder what it will do post workout of in the morning for mood/energy/health? any input?

Look into CS's posts about exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT). He may have written a daily topic on the main site.

I actually think that this guy called "action < reaction" is a bit overrated. IMHO.
