This is an amazing video, if all the good doctor says is based on facts. Some of this many of us know to be true by our personal experiences, some of this we know to be true by intuition, and this lady gives out so many other pieces of the jigsaw. I have gained a new perspective on good health by this video.

This is an absolute must watch video, and thanks a lot to the OP. All who would like to gain a better understanding of keeping good health (and a better understanding of what is talked here in IH forums) should spend an hour for this talk.

Im really glad this vid is getting some interest.
Iv always felt that my health problems have alot to do with insuffiecent gut flora and didestion problems and this video has really confirmed my belief.

It really helps my motivation to eat healthier. One day i would really like to do the GAPS diet especially the intro diet as from what iv read that really kicks the crap out of candida.

I went through the intro diet on the website and it would be a huge amount of work. I'd like to try it but don't know how I'd find the time.
