My point was that you that you said you know that it increased the number of sperm but you could only know that if you had a microscope or a test done. The only thing you could subjectively measure is ejaculate volume, which may be independent of sperm count. I was kind of messin around too... I am glad you are seeing results with it. I have been thinking of adding MACA as well.

I recently ordered the Maca from Bestvite (which was cheap) and I'm seeing very positive results in the nether regions. Very positive.

I'm taking 3 a day of it.

Yeah Scotty -- that's the one I've been using. I'm taking 3 a day of that. I've noticed a difference down yonder.

Well, I just ordered a lb of that cheap organic maca from nuts online - along with some nuts Smile

I'm going to try this brand after I'm done with that.

for those that are taking maca powder, how are you guys taking it? are you putting it into smoothies?

I'm currently mixing it in boiling water and taking it as tea (using raw honey as a sweetner). Anyone else doing this? I'm kind of concerned that boiling it would be bad or something.
