What happens if I go vegan?

If I go vegan, will I loose hair? will I be mineral or protein deficient?

You'll grow your hair back but you'll have an urge to date men. How's that for a dilemma?

It might help, it might not. Depending on which user replies you'll get a different opinion.

Made me feel great for about a month, then it started to do more harm than good.
Everybody will react differently though, by all means see if its right for you.

We're not cows which have four stomachs and are able to convert fibrous plant leaves into protein by using bacteria.

The trick is to complete the amino acids in your protein intake and the required daily intake of essential minerals and vitamins (from food). Which means that unlike cows, we eat high protein plant food like nuts and legumes.

But of you don't want to go into the details of checking every nutritional value of your food items, you have to rely on a vegan menu. Your biochemistry should take care of itself.. Still, it's not the answer to hair loss.

Vegetarian diet is primarily a compassionate diet. It beats a long way to go to the extent of lacto vegetarian animals, it reduced the pain of our cause. This is because in the two eggs, milk, animals living in natural conditions, suffering and death of their time in the modernization of production.
