Recovering from ACL Surgery (Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Protein, Calcium, LLLT?)
Just had ACL reconstruction (autograph from patellar tendon) on Dec. 1 and am on an accelerated rehab, which consists of exercises 4x+ per day and ice. I wanted to combine this with the best food, supplements, and other things that would contribute to optimum recovery; strength, stability, flexibility, reactiveness, etc. Thoughts?
