One of the (rare) side effects is hair loss.

Yes i saw that too but only a few people out of 100's which could be due to anything.Plus most people in studies and generally take no more than 1200 mg per day which might not be enough to do jack anyways

This was looked into before in the past. It's definitely an uncommon effect.
