Im going to mexico again in a month. I went last year and didnt use sunscreen and burnt in a few spots. Had my head shaved and my whole scalp peeled, duh haha. I read that antioxidants are an internal sunscreen, are there any good natural skin sun blocks?

Mercola sells a good natural sunblock.

Also, vitamin c and astaxanthin are good to take orally for added protection.

As mentioned by scottyc33, astaxanthin is taken before and every couple hours when in the sun IME.

While haven't tried, fernblock is another to look into http://www.iherb.com/Life-Extension-Enhanced-FernBlock-with-Sendara-30-Veggie-Caps/21214?at=0
