Assuming one has these heavy metals: mercury, lead, Aluminum, Manganese, Copper, Nickel. I would like a gentle detox not an aggressive one . Assuming no previous heavy metal detox was done.

1- Which of the ones listed below should I AVOID?

2- Which should I start with? Is there a specific order of use:
i.e. Should I start with DMSA, then with ALA, then MCP and later on go to Humifulvate.
i.e. Is it OK to take ALA, Chlorella, Spirulina, MCP, humifulvate all together?

3- What precautions or supplements should I take when detoxing to
a) replenish chelated good minerals/metals
b) prevent re-absorption of toxins
c) prevent re-location of toxins (i.e. to brain tissue as one example)
d) prevent brain fog and any side effects

List of detoxing agents:

OSR
Humifulvate
Toxguard
Modified Citrus Pectin / MCP / Sodium Alginate
ALA - alpha lipoic acid - lipoic acid
R-ALA – R alpha lipoic acid
Detoxamin
EDTA – ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid
Magnesium
Iodine
Silica Hydride
Chlorella - algae
Bentonite clay and Activated charcoal
MMS
Zeolites
Cilantro
DMPS – dimercaptopropane sulfonate sodium
Brazil Nuts
DMSA – dimercaptosuccinic acid
DMSO
Spirulina
Standard process catalyn and zinc liver chelate
Waiora's NCD - natural cellular defense
Oral chelation/longevity plus
Dental mercury detox by sam and michael ziff

Thanks!

Cs is a big fan of the stuff so it's safe to say, start with.

I believe many on this site have used Humifulvate.

Also it's good to take these when doing detox: iodine, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, B5, D and selenium.
