Heavy Metal Detox Empty Heavy Metal Detox

I was wondering if it is ok to still take supliment such as: Pumpkin Seed Oil, Nettle Root/Leaf, Biotin, Vitamins A & D, while on a Heavy Metal Detox? Also, is it recommended to use a Heavy Metal Detox "kit", or instead specifically take Humic Acid Complex pills?

Thanks a lot in advance.

No problem on those.

Regarding the actually heavy metal detox itself. This is a bit complicated and will have an article on it soon.
A previous one that is published is down.

Here's a short summary. Humic/fulvic acid complex is a gentle form of detox. In "detox circles" it is well known that rapid detoxification can also cause re-toxification.

There are supportive nutrients for detox process as well.

As far as strong agents go, the most effective is internal (not IV), DMPS.
While others show a lot of support for DMSA (which is used by Cutler), I've seen too many issues with this.

Another option is infrared sauna, which bypasses the liver and kidneys. The only caveats are minerals should be replaced and there is some debate about the type of infrared sauna since there are EMF's.

Basic supportive detox aids, which are essential to good health are magnesium, vitamin C, selenium, chloride and iodine.

i agree with cs! heavy metal detox should be treated carefully until you know what you are getting yourself into!! while i personally have never tried humic acid/humifulvate, cs has given advice to this entire forum for years and for the few nay sayers he may have i trust his opinion. with that said i am one of the cutler supporters and do perfer to use dmsa/ala along with a cast of other supplements to lower my heavy metal burden. again overall i say that this protocol has helped far more than it's harmed but all stories aren't of success! you just have to find out what works for you..
