Top link, shortly after 29 minutes. He says one thing to help is increase hydrogen in the system. (fresh spring water and foods)

After a little research it seems David is a big fan of a product called megahydrate for increasing hydrogen. Looks like a worthwhile product for general health as well.

redox: it reacts with Oxygen to form H202 (peroxide); it reduces oxides in a following manner:

Oxidation of Cell unit
2Cu + O2 –› 2CuO

Reduction of oxidized(damaged) Cu
CuO + H2 –› Cu + H2O

and reducing oxygen species:

1. O2+ e- –› O2-

2. O2- + H· + H+ –› H2O2

3. H2O2 + e- –› HO· + HO-

4. HO· + H· –› H2O

5. HO- + H+ –› H2O

btw magnesium added to water and heated slightly produces hydrogen gas

(hydrogen peroxide and magnesium sulfate is a very powerfull stuff - for bathing and internally under some strict conditions)

From the standpoint of increasing hydrogen though a supplement that is mimicking (at concentrated levels) what would be derived from a very high quality water source, my guess would be no. The high levels of negative hydrogen ions from my understanding are one of the things found in the water source of very long lived people. It would seem to have an anti-aging effect.

My guess is hydrogen peroxide acting in the body in it's appropriate context wouldn't necessarily lead to an increase in hydrogen peroxide by the hair causing greyness.

I ordered some megahydrate powder. I look forward to trying it as David Wolfe in a video mentioned it as being one of his favorite things and he's tried just about everything.
