Getting enough of the minerals in correct ratios
I read here and there about the importance of correct ratios of minerals. How could I ensure that I am getting all the minerals that I need for optimum health in the correct ratios?
Is brewer's yeast, spirulina algae, sardines, meat, wright salt enough? what is a good supplement?
Thanks

No one can answer this question for you teacup. Everyone has different issues that will alter how the body assimilates and uses vitamins and minerals.

I second this... after spending a good deal of time researching minerals I've found that they really are not as cut and dry as one would like. As for getting them into your body, I would opt for things like seaweed and plant bases colloids. Attaining minerals from meat and produce just isn't a viable option, whether organic or not. Keep in mind Prague's stance on organic versus inorganic elements / redox.
