Hey guys, first thing i want to say is how great this site is, it's such a relief to be able to come here and view all this information from people with an open mind that haven't been sucked into believing everything the drug companies tell them.

So I'm 23 and have a receding hairline, no thinning anywhere else and i would love to be able to maintain what i have, any regrowth would be a bonus and i would also love to restore my body to it's healthiest state.

So what i'm wondering is what's the best place to start? my health is at a critical low at the moment in regards to my diet, it's appalling and i know this lifestyle is killing me slowly.

I'd also like to know if many people here have had success with the top 6 treatments? I'm just a little bit hesitant to spend a lot of money on those products if they don't work, I'm sure you can understand.

Thanks Smile

theseeker - There isn't a definite way to answer what will work for you.

The reason is that hair loss can be caused by a multitude of ways and most of which even the most experienced will not have everything figured out.

There are many complex processes that have not been fully understood in regards to the individual. I know of a variety of tests which could provide some clue, but it would cost ten thousand dollars and it's just not feasible.

So trial and error is really the best way to weight it out.

And while I'm at this subject, diet should be tailored to the individual. There are some conditions which apply to individuals also that can affect whatever they are taking. In short, it's complicated.

Trial and error will answer most questions eventually.

However, I see this regimen as anti-aging, so it's much more than just keeping or regrowing hair.
