I posted about taking this supp when I first joined, mentioning I had seen thickening about 5-6 wks after starting. I ran out and stopped taking (about 2 wks ago), since I've added several of the IH regimen. But over the past week my hair has been less thick / easy to comb. I have made no other changes and maintained the same diet.

It includes some real good B vits, brewers yeast, & acids, as well as hydrogentated oil -which many are scared of b/c of cholesterol, but with the recent talks about it being good for hair & in general, Im wondering if there's a connection here.

Thoughts anyone on these ingredients?
