There is some research that support MCT oil has some unique properties on your brains. It will raise your ketons, which can be very useful stuff.

Beside it, not every body process fats the same, unlike Dave Asprey teaches the globe. I believe some will never get through ''adaptation phase''. Virgin, cold pressed coconut oil can be also a good thing to put into your coffee, however i have not tried pure MCT yet to compare. I also dont think 99% of the coffee market is mold toxic.

Other than that i'd be interested in ALC + ALA + MCT oil combo. I think i might like the effects of it.
