On my heavy metal removal supplement, the bottle says to not take the supplement indefinitely. I was wondering how long I can take it safely or should I go back and forth like a 30 days on/30 days off type thing?

I think 10ml everyday. Don't take continuously for longer than 4months.

I'm not sure weather you should take it with food or without. Humet.com says take with.

I'm not sure. Go to humet.com and they should have a research section, you might find something there. Personally I would take a month off and then switch to something like modified citrus pectin then keep changing between the two every few months.
