Detox for a Minute

So the first step in overall health is to get rid of the the bad elements in our body. That is the beginning.
Then change diet. Then figure out what is missing in our body. Is this correct.
So I know about heavy metal detox. I will be getting that on my next paycheck.
So what about the rest.
Candida cleanse I think I need.
Colon Cleanse. I don,t know.
Whole body cleanse. Kidney, liver, skin, ect. I don,t know.
Will switching to Raw Food give me a detox or can juicing do it.

You should look to keep your candida in check while doing any heavy metal detox. As the metal detox starts pulling the metals out of you, it stirs up the candida and can lead to some crappy feelings. I was going through it a month ago until someone told me what the cause was- now Im feeling fine and still pulling mercury out.
