CS: Question about Tremella

Was wondering if you're still consuming Tremella? If so, how much and are you noticing any sort of Saw Palmetto effect?

The reason why I ask is I'm not 100% positive but two capsules may be giving similiar problems as Saw Palmetto. Not positive but wanted to check your experience.

jdp701 - No problems at all so far on it. I've been taking it for a few months. Since there isn't any significant amount of phytosterols, the fiber content in it will have a very mild effect on cholesterol absorption.

I like to take it just before meals for the extra effect to blood sugar reduction.

How many capsules do you guys take per day?

Was taking 1 per day but recently bumped to 2.

Thanks for the feedback jdp710. I take the full dose of 4 tablets per day. One interesting feature about Tremella is that is also supports bone strength. Usually anything good for bone is good for the hair too.
