I was just wondering other stuff that you take that is not on ur website. Such as iodine....
why isnt that on ur list of supps

1..... - I like to rotate some extras on a whim, but I'll list a few that I've been using pretty regularly. I don't list iodine since it may not be applicable to everyone. I think it is, but I cannot prove it. Evidence is mounting all the time though, did you see that thread on Thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH)? What increases that? Iodine and iodide.

I'll take Spirulina from Now brand and when that runs out, I'll use Chlorella from Now brand, then switch back to Spirulina again.

Other than that I take a two double-strength Hyaluronic acid capsules from Now brand. It's not for hair purposes b/c I already determined years before that it had no impact on my hair, it's strictly for preventing wrinkles and keeping the skin hydrated and all its other functions (eyes, etc.).
