Help with my regime
Would be great to have some feedback on my rather extensive regime. I have been on the top 6 plus a few others for a good couple of months and so far my results are: scalp itch very much still present, increased energy, shedding still high, slight regrowth on front (where it is most thin).
Been seeing a doctor interested in natural methods and he is wanting to address my extremely low T levels and slightly high E. He thinks it is to do with my pituitary gland. Having read a great deal about low T levels and insulin resistance, I believe this may be a big reason why I have been shedding a lot more hair over the last year. I believe I have always had low testosterone levels as i hit puberty late and have very little body and facial hair, and im sure the stress I suffered last year made things worse. I have always been someone with low energy though i just assumed that was part of who I was. I am sure my adrenals are out of whack - waiting to hear back from my 24hr saliva test, which im sure has lowered my T even more.
Anyway, here is my regime. The one's starred are supps my doctor has just started giving me to take. I mentioned how I was worried about the increase in DHT with increasing my T to normal levels, so he has given me a few things to take for that as well.

Shen Min
Occasionally: Baking Soda - increase pH of my diet which is on the acidic side.
ACV
Considering: Iodine - I am really wanting to start taking iodine (my body temp is low) but I suppose I should wait until I have given my adrenals some time to recover. My TSH is a little on the high side, but the Dr thinks the adrenals are my biggest worry. I'm hoping this may be the key to my scalp itch.
Enzymatic Therapy Complete Metal Cleanse - Apparently I also have high aluminum levels want to flush it out.
Densiti - really intrigued by equol. Though concerned about Soy's effect on my thryoid.
Shampoo - Borax then rinse with Baking Soda. ACV to remove residue.
A lot of info there! Would really appreciate any advice you fine people have.

Re: Help with my regime
BUMP
Would be great to have CS's feedback on this, especially the pituitary's role in T production, and what I can expect from raising my levels, especially in regards to hair. I have read that raising T helps with insulin sensitivity but I imagine a raise in DHT will be experienced?
