EWOT-worth a try?

Recently I´ve read a lot about EWOT and start to belive that this is a great treatment.
Maybe it would help with hairloss as well.
What do you think about EWOT? Is it a big deal or just a nice add?
Is it worth the money(those o2 concentrators cost around 700$..).
I looked into e-bay there are some used for about he half, but I´m concerned to buy a used one due to bacterial contamination, would it be suficient, if one just change the filters or is it nessecary to clean the whole machine??
