I'm getting mild headaches always daily, this in combination with minor tiredness. Using aspirin seems to help somehow..

Is it OK to use aspirin daily or should I try something else?

It's fine occasionally. But it isn't good daily for a long period of time.

Aspirin: more harm than good?

Can anyone suggest an natural alternative? Anything I can use that will give me a similiar effect but without the risk of massive internal bleeding?

Misirlou -Headaches can be caused from low serotinin levels (5-HTP works great for this), an imbalance in potassium or magnesium. Or it can be triggered from food allergies.

Butterbur works great, but makesure it is is free of Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids.

Now that you mentioned "magnesium" I realized that after starting Magnesium supplementation I rarely get headaches.

CS - I'm on the top 6+. Would taking a baby aspirin every day be helpful as an anti-inflammatory and/or anti-cancer med? Also my 66 year old father who only takes magnesium but is in good shape overall need to take aspirin?
