Hi there just wondering if anyone knew how to increase your testosterone naturally. I enjoy working out a lot but I find I never get bigger. I can eat a ton and gain nothing! I would never do steroids, heard/seen too many bad things from friends so if anyone has any suggestions or thoughts would be much appreciated. Btw I do take vitamin d, which I've heard helps testosterone.

If you do this... I would advise to watch your SHBG like a hawk and not to excel your free T too high! I could be wrong it's just... loads of free T = hair loss right?

As long as it's not excessively high and your SHBG is at a good level, you should be ok, I would just advise a bit of caution that's all Smile

Again, could be wrong, so let's wait for some more opinions!

I build muscle really easily and have a lot of body hair, especially for my age, does this mean I have a lot of T?

as long as your already healthy doing stuff like Tribulis, eating more red meat or working out is going to increase your levels..

But if you have something wrong, either pituitary is not working, thyroid or just have bad testes doing the above is a mere waste of time. Only getting a blood test will know.. TT, SHBG, LH, FSH.

you can use HCG to increase LH therefore increasing Testosterone.

I bulk up easily but I have no body hair except on my legs and I'm a little over 50. I basically look like Pan without the hooves. I known people that went through hormone replacement therapy and never really have had any side effects. I'm not condoning the use of "testosterone therapy" but you would think by now there would be a lot of men who bulked up using the stuff with all kinds of physiological problems.

i know men that have used TRT for 25 years and still seem to be in good health.... As far as using testosterone therapy as a way to get bigger.. It will help a little. Using testosterone therapy is only used to get your levels to natural levels unlike steroids that take you way above natural levels.

I have seen guys with dam good Testosterone levels and are bean poles.

You could try onion juice (serious).

New research is showing that consuming onion juice triples testosterone levels in rats. 1g/kg of onion juice per day

I am currently taking tocotrienols (forgot to mention sorry), the jarrow formula. This onion juice study looks like it could be worth a shot. Has anyone tried this? I will give it a go and see if I get any results! Hope its tasty!

I'm wondering how disgusting drinking 3oz of onion juice/day will be. 1g/kg is roughly 3oz a day for me...And am wondering how many onions it takes to make 3oz of onion juice.

From what I've been reading, onion juice has been used for centuries as a sexual aphrodisiac.

Seems that a lot of people mix it in with honey to mask the taste somewhat. Wonder if you drank 3oz of onion juice/day if you'd smell like an onion all day long?

I'm gona try it.

The best way in my opinion to increase testosterone is to optimize vitamin D levels to somewhere between 60 and 80 nanograms per milliliter.

Also, testosterone levels can be improved when glucose metabolism is optimized, because the more insulin that is produce, the greater the cortisol rise and the more testosterone will fall.

Further, HPTA balance can be enhanced by taking something like Ashwaganda (Sensoril).

Finally, eliminating heavy metals such as lead (Pb) is one of the best ways to increase testosterone, because even the small amounts can disrupt hormone function.

Taking heavy metal chelators will help with this.

hmm yes the ashwaganda does sound easier to try than the onion juice (roughly 30 grams of onion juice doesnt sound to appetizing after I did the math for 1g/1kg body weight) so this stuff will balance the HPTA, it also reduced cortisol is this correct?

Well did a bit of research and I'm gonna give ashwaghanda a try! I found sensoril on vitacost for like 10 dollars so Im glad its cheap too! Thanks for the info, hopefully this stuff works not just for increasing T but Ive read alot of other benefits as well!

Ok. So I tried making onion juice. I have a juice machine which I usually (and definitely exclusive in the future) make raw fruit juice with. Just as suspected it's AWFUL. It really is. I cannot emphasize this enough. Have you ever tried eating some pieces of raw garlic? It's the same feeling in the throat and stomach. It's a real pain. And fyi you REALLY do smell like an human onion afterwards. At least the rest of the day, maybe longer... It's worst than drinking a full shot of the worst moonshine you can imagine. A definite "don't".

Is there any other way of supplying? Will the good things get ruin from frying chopped onions?

This is really interesting. I wonder if more guys with MPB have high T (caused by low SHBG usually), or low T. I guess it depends on age.

Sorry to post again but, does anyone know what resveratrol's impact on T levels and fertility is?

I keep reading that it can increase T levels but some speculate it may DECREASE fertility... whaaaa? o.O lol

I want SOMETHING in my regimen to increase my T, and then my lignans, curcumin and good diet (for SHBG) can ensure it doesn't get too high. If res isn't that thing, I'll start using Sensoril probably o.O
