So could BroccoMax be enough on it's own to stop hair loss? or is it just one of many things?

goten574 - Not sure if anyone knows, however if you search this forum using the "Google" selection, not the "inside" selection, you'll find all the posts related to Sulforaphane. The actions of this nutrient is quite broad, so perhaps in very mild hair loss it will keep things at bay, but since I have completely stopped my hair loss some years ago, and since recovered some, it will take some feedback to answer the question ultimately.

hair loss is extremely complex in terms of any single agent working, because there are so many variables in involved.
But at any rate, sulforaphane has many special qualities and one of them is restoring the skins innate antioxidant defense system, which is impaired in most with MPB.

I will keep an eye on this then. I would like to try your regimen but all those supps, it's far too expensive for me, especially considering your regimen may not work at all to stop hair loss. I know it's worked for some but perhaps not for everyone? Too much of a risk money wise for me. Sad

Also, I know broccoli spouts are high in Sulforaphane...how much do you need to eat to get what is required?

A one-ounce serving [1/8 cup] of BroccoSprouts broccoli sprouts contains 73 milligrams of SGS, the naturally occurring precursor of sulforaphane.

@ CS

Do you still recommend this? If yes, which one do you think is best?

It's included in "Antioxidant Boost" as a Nrf2 enhancer/activator.

However, as a standalone supplement, it is useful for asthma and/or other respiratory problems.

Nothing helps with "just hair". By improving overall health via modulating inflammation, a side-effect is that it is beneficial to hair as well.

Yes--that is why we included it in the Antioxidant Boost formula. It was recommended for some time on ImmortalHair.org on its own, so we combined it with Trans-Resveratrol, Curcumin 95, and Quercetin.

How does sulfuraphane differ from MSM with its actions on hypoglycemia? I've recently had a breakthrough amount of success with msm on my blood sugar problem. Curious if adding broccomax is a good idea or overkill
