Hearing Heartbeat in Ear
Off topic, I know, but you guys are brilliant.
My dad hears his heartbeat in... one of his ears, all throughout the day and at different intensities. It has plagued him for years and he has had many tests done and at one point was even told that he only had three months to live (the idiot doctor told him a vertebrae was pressing on a vein inside his neck-- and if it broke...). Needless to say, many an expert cannot figure out the problem, and through my own research I have discovered that this most likely a condition called "pulsatile tinnitus." From what I have read it might simply be caused by inflammation.
So I was thinking Curcumin. Maybe with a dash of Resveratrol? The only problem is that my dad takes aspirin for his blood. Could these two interfere?
Other than that, has anybody else ever had any experience with this condition?

Re: Hearing Heartbeat in Ear
Serge - Your dad might be aspirin resistant.
Also aspirin can induce tinnitus, including pulsatile tinnitus.
Aspirin in far from a "wonder drug," and would tell him to take Krill oil and Nattokinase instead of aspirin.
