Question about shedding and night sweats

I am shedding massive amounts of hair every shower (over 100 last night), I have ridiculous night sweats to the point where i'm absolutely drenched and I've also been expereiencing back acne. Is it possible these are related?

I'm experience the shedding and night sweats too. Although both mine aren't as bad. My night sweats are mainly on my shins with the occasional full-body sweat.

I when I started taking some extra supplements that fiddled with my hormone levels, I was getting night sweats as well, and my hair was shedding quickly at the same time. I was taking DHEA (20mg) and pregnenalone (10mg). I think those two shifted my hormones too far on the estrogen side, since night sweats are caused by a lack of testosterone.

Since I went off those supplements my hair shortly came back to the state that it was before the shedding.
